Clients Election

These days, instead of accepting just anyone, I choose my clients. The idea comes from the doctrine of election in protestantism. People, I think, understand the work we do for them and appreciate it. From that standpoint we are able to do great work for them.

The worst thing is working with a problematic client; they mostly don't have taste or cohesive vision of what they want and want to use you as their pencil for something fragmented in their minds. Weird. Chaotic.

Great Work is collaboration between clients and the developer.

I have come to understand that to do great work, both the customer and the developer or in some cases the designer should be on same page. If not, nothing remarkable will be done. And when we get a client who understands the work, and appreciate; we go heaven and down for them to have what they requested because we have to be obsessed with the client's needs. This is why we have clients who have been with us since 2015, when we started. Just a simple genuine obsession with the needs of the customer. Solve the problem they have for them.

And the thing about great work is that, if you've done a really great work, the client will feel, they will sense it. It's one of those things you can't describe but you know when you see it.
